That is really strange, I wonder if it could be possible to do it any other way?
I’ve taken several yoga classes, and about to take my first Bikram yoga class this weekend so I’m excited to feel the difference and benefit from hot yoga. Do you suggest wearing the same workout ware for heated yoga?
